SOUND BEFORE SIGHT
Heard, felt and seen, on one clock.
Morse is a rhythm, not a picture. Morsel teaches each new signal by ear first, then lets you feel it and see it, all three locked to the same timing, so your ear learns the shape before your eyes can count it.
HEAR
A clean 600 Hz tone
Letters play at 20 words per minute, fast enough to hear as one shape, with wide gaps between them.
FEEL
The rhythm in your hand
Every dit and dah is a haptic with a crisp start, so the signal still teaches with the sound off.

Marks drawn to scale, a red input lamp and an optional light. Time-true, never a chart to decode.

- LISTEN BY TOUCH
- Listening drills play as vibration only, slowed to a speed you can feel.
- SHOW SIGNALS AS LIGHT
- The display glows with every dit and dah, a visual twin of the tone.
- TORCH
- The iPhone's torch can flash the signal too, capped at 7 words per minute.
- REDUCE FLASHING
- Follows iOS: blinking lamps turn steady, and Morsel asks before the torch flashes.
- VOICEOVER
- Every control is named. The keys say “Dit key” and “Dah key”, and speech waits for the Morse to finish.
- TEXT SIZE
- Reading text follows Dynamic Type all the way up. Larger instrument labels lifts the cap on labels.
